With the aim of fomenting inspiration and love of art in the community, the Euphrat has conducted after-school art programs for children in Cupertino and Sunnyvale and helped to create public art projects.

The museum, located in the new Visual and Performing Arts Center at De Anza College, features artwork created by students and nonstudents, adults and children, professionals and amateurs. Past exhibits have showcased a wide variety of artistic media, including painting, drawing, photography, ceramic and even video games.
